What’s the difference between Personal and Team plans?

The main difference is how sharing and collaboration works. Personal Free and Personal Pro subscribers need to individually invite each collaborator to their collections. Team collections are automatically shared with team members and there’s a separate dashboard for your team. Teams can be managed by multiple people, making it easy to make changes without sharing personal account credentials. For more, see a full list of features for Free, Pro, and Team.

How are teams billed?

Team accounts are separate from your personal account and can be billed to a separate email and credit card. Teams are billed based on the number of members. Invoices will be prorated as you add or remove members.

Do you offer educational or non-profit discounts?

Yes! We offer a 20% discount for teams of 5 or more. Go ahead and create a team account and then contact us with your details. Don’t worry, your first 14 days are free and we’ll apply the discount before your credit card is charged.

Can I change my plan?

You can upgrade to or downgrade from the Personal Pro plan at any time. Since team accounts are separate from your personal account, a Team plan can only be cancelled.

Is there a discount for annual subscriptions?

Pro plans can be billed annually. Select annual billing and receive a discount on the monthly price. Since Teams are charged by the number of members, they can only be billed monthly.
