What browsers are supported?

Dropmark currently supports the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome 7+ (Mac, Windows, Linux - Download)
  • Apple Safari 5+ (Mac, Windows - Download)
  • Mozilla Firefox 4+ (Mac, Windows, Linux - Download)
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 10+ (Windows - Download)

How do I change my profile picture?

Profile pictures (or avatars) in Dropmark are powered by Gravatar.

To update your image, please go to:

How much storage space do I have?

Storage limits apply to files uploaded to Dropmark. This does not apply to bookmarks and web content which are unlimited, and do not count against your storage limits.

Free plans include 500 MB of total storage space, with a 100 MB limit per file.

Pro plans include 50 GB of space. It’s very rare for a Dropmark user to surpass this limit, but if you need more space get in touch.

You can also earn extra storage for free with our referral program. Get up to 10 GB for each Pro account you refer!

Teams

Team plans include a base 50 GB of space, with an additional 10 GB for each member above 5. For example:

How do I delete my account?

Before deleting a personal or team account, you’ll first need to transfer ownership or delete all collections owned by the account you’re deleting. This is in place to protect people from accidentally deleting all of their Dropmark content that other people might be relying on. We’re working on a better “Undo” option that will reduce the need for these steps in the future.

Personal accounts

Personal accounts can be deleted from the “Danger zone” section at the bottom of your Account page.

Teams

Teams can be deleted from the “Danger zone” section at the bottom of the Team Settings page.
